  and different issues around moving our bodies. But no matter our psycho
 logical obstacles\, those bodies all need to move! The most successful m
 overs are those who are able to align their individual values with movem
 ent. But what are your values? Could you list them?\n\n\n\nThis dynamic 
 workshop with psychologist Dr. Diana Hill and biomechanist Katy Bowman\,
  M.S. will help you identify your deepest values\, connect them to movem
 ent and put them to work!&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nYou’ll leave with a few key va
 lues\, three “core moves” and clear methods for using your values to
  bust through familiar excuses we can all relate to.\n\n\n\nCome dressed
  to write and move!\n\n\n\nGround-sitting/writing time will be peppered 
 with workshop exercises that will have you connecting to your values wit
 h some playful\, physical embodiment. Come spend an hour with Diana and 
 Katy and leave with your movement “north” so you can reorient yourse
 lf to physical activity in various ways and settings that work for and a
