Many therapists see how well ACT works for their clients and want to put it more into practice for themselves. With regular daily micro-practices, you can grow more psychologically flexible, in and out of the therapy room. This experiential talk will explore creative, simple strategies to practice the 6 core processes of ACT for yourself. You will learn flexible ways to deepen your personal ACT practice and gain fresh perspectives by exchanging ideas with colleagues.
This workshop is for mental health and behavioral health providers.
