Join me for a live online talk and meditation. This free weekly teaching is an offering for growing psychological flexibility in your daily life. All bodies and minds are welcome here. Get anchored in your values and engaged in meaningful living. We will explore teachings from Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), to bring more vitality and compassion into your daily life. Each session will include a short talk followed by meditation/embodiment practice. These weekly teachings are based on my book, ACT Daily Journal: Get unstuck and live fully with acceptance and commitment therapy.
