Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a modern approach to psychology that sees our pain not as a problem to be solved but an offering to explore what matters most to us. ACT involves six core processes that build your psychological flexibility including your ability to be open and present to all of your inner experiences while taking perspective and moving in directions that you care about.
In this session, Diana will provide an overview of the 6 core process of ACT that we will go on to unpack over the course of this year.
