Meditation strengthens your capacity to be present with whatever shows up. Let go of trying to control the uncontrollable and live more fully and freely. We will co-create a nourishing “soup” that integrates contemplative practice from the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, compassion-focused approaches, and evidence-based strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). You will gain tools to find freedom in your life right away. Diana welcomes new practitioners looking for a gently guided practice and experienced sitters hungry for a fresh perspective. We will unfold together, in process.
