Your values are an inner compass that provides direction when faced with life’s challenges. Living your values gives your life deeper meaning and vitality, even in the face of difficulty. Join Dr. Diana Hill, a clinical psychologist and co-author of ACT Daily Journal: Get Unstuck and Live Fully with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in exploring what matters to you most. In this in-person workshop, you’ll explore what you want your life to be about, and learn how to take daily action toward your values.

You’ll learn: 

  • The three components of well-being: pleasure, meaning and psychological richness
  • The relationship between values and pain
  • How to cultivate values in important domains of work, relationships, community and health
  • Concrete strategies to turn toward your values, daily
