  2. The role of experiential avoidance in suffering and how to identify common experiential avoidance strategies
  3. Ways to cultivate mindfulness practices in each of the domains of everyday life
  4. Key skills you can teach to clients for staying they can apply in their day-to-day
  5. Approaches to acceptance work that incorporate mind, body, and behavior techniques
  6. How to utilize story and metaphor to connect more deeply with clients, and how to spot inflexible self-stories
  7. Methods for motivating clients through values and committed action that can help them step forward into richer, more meaningful experiences

While we can only provide CE to those who are present – i.e. logged in – for live presentation(s), all Praxis webinars are recorded for later viewing.
