What I love about ACT, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, is that it’s not about changing who you are—it’s about embracing yourself right now. Difficult circumstances, unpleasant thoughts, uncomfortable emotions, and all. 

I created this course to be a self-paced, fully online format. It gives you everything you need to get started and deepen your mindfulness practice with ACT, including:
