Jennifer Gregg is a psychologist, professor, researcher, and author. She specializes in psychooncology (therapy for people with cancer), palliative care psychology (therapy for people who are facing death), and grief. Dr. Gregg’s psychotherapy approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other intersections between Western psychotherapy traditions and Buddhism. She has spent over 25 years conducting research studies and training therapists in ACT, and has written dozens of scholarly articles and three books for the public on these topics.
