Using ACT with Compassion to Cultivate Safeness

Cultivating a Compassionate Mind, inner safeness, and self-care can provide ground during challenging times. Based on ACT principles and Compassion Focused Therapy, this workshop will use journaling, meditation & embodied yoga to explore safeness through compassion, including:
- Self-care at the soul level
- The Neuroscience of Compassion: From Threat and Drive to Safeness
- The Flows of Compassion: Giving Compassion, Receiving Compassion and Self-Compassion
- Compassion as a daily vitamin
- Visualization, mindfulness and embodied yoga
