hello,

ACT Daily is really simple – we can break it down to three main components.

It’s accepting. It’s opening up, allowing and getting curious, even when things are difficult. Rather than resisting life, turning away or shutting down when things get hard, it’s actually the capacity to be present with difficulty and curious with sensations or emotions that are hard so that we can open up in order to move more freely in our lives.

ACT is also about caring. It’s about orienting towards what’s important to you, moment-by-moment, orienting over and over again.

And it’s about taking tangible steps – they can be tiny small moves that are in the direction of what you care about.

So accept, care, and take a step!
