When I started the From Striving to Thriving Summit last year, it was because I was looking for a different way of living. On the edge of burnout, I turned to thought leaders, scientists, and spiritual teachers for a fresh perspective. This week, I will launch the From Striving to Thriving 2.0 Summit, a virtual series of discussions with top experts in the fields of compassion, neuroscience, longevity, and mental wellness.

FSTT 2.0 is another dream team of experts and their conversations with me are as inspiring and magical as last year’s summit. They are:

  • Diana Hill, PhD ⎯ Aim High Without Burning Out: How to Strive Skillfully With ACT
  • Anna Lembke, MD ⎯ The Neuroscience of Striving: Get your dopamine system back in balance find true satisfaction
  • Kimberley Wilson, MSc ⎯ Why Nutrition and Lifestyle Matter for Brain Health
  • Jack Kornfield, PhD & Trudy Goodman, PhD ⎯ The Transformative Power of Loving Awareness
