hello,

What can you do when everything is falling apart?  It may actually literally be falling apart, like you’re in a major disaster, like a wildfire, and you’ve lost your home, or every home around you has been burned. Or it can feel like your life is falling apart because there’s just complete chaos in your schedule in your day. You have too many things back to back, and you can’t handle them all. Or it can feel like things are falling apart in your marriage, in your friendships, in your own mind. I am sharing 5 things to do when everything falls apart. Some of my tips come from clinical psychology, some from contemplative practice. I think these can be helpful for you, whether it’s a big fall apart or a mini fall apart.
