Professor Joseph Ciarrochi has published over 150 scientific journal articles and many influential books, including, The Weight Escape, Your Life, Your Way, Emotional Intelligence in Everyday Life, and Mindfulness, Acceptance, and Positive Psychology: The seven foundations of well-being. He has been rated as one of the most influential scientists in the world, with his work being discussed on T.V., and in magazines, newspaper articles, and radio. He has been honored with over four million dollars in research funding. His most recent book is due out in July 2022 and is called, What Makes You Stronger: How to thrive in the face of uncertainty using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
